Role Overview

Siyapatha Finance is seeking ambitious and target-driven individuals to join their Leasing Marketing team in the Gampaha District across multiple levels:

Location: Gampaha District
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Department: Leasing Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Actively market and sell leasing and hire purchase financial products in the Gampaha area
• Build and maintain a strong customer base through field marketing and relationship management
• Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets set by the branch/area management
• Conduct customer assessments and support the documentation and credit process
• Provide excellent after-sales service to maintain customer loyalty and referrals
• Report on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve overall business goals

Requirements

• G.C.E. A/L qualification (minimum); degree or professional qualification is an advantage for senior levels
• Prior experience in leasing, hire purchase, or financial product sales is preferred (experience requirement varies by level)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Good knowledge of the Gampaha District market
• Two-wheeler driving licence is an advantage
