Position: IT Executive / Junior IT Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Support company systems, tea brokering-related IT processes, data handling, testing, and operational follow-up.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting support, database updates, automation, and AI-assisted productivity initiatives.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, charts, documents, and management/client reporting material.
- Support website updates, digital content, graphics, and social media-related work.
- Maintain documentation, issue logs, IT asset records, and maintenance checklists.
- Provide support for computers, printers, network, internet, email, and related IT operations.
- Carry out other IT Department responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Candidate Profile
- Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant qualifications / certifications.
- Good working knowledge of office applications, analytics, and digital tools.
- Ability to learn company systems, handle a varied workload, and work carefully with data and time-sensitive processes.
- Knowledge of websites, graphics, social media tools, databases, programming, automation, or AI tools will be an added advantage.
- Candidates may be considered at IT Executive or Junior IT Executive level depending on experience and capability.
