Role Overview

LB Finance PLC is seeking a highly organised, discreet, and professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive executive support at their Head Office in Colombo 3. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing schedules, communications, and high-priority administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, managing daily schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence
  • Screen, prioritise, and manage all incoming communications including emails, calls, and meeting requests on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare, review, and format executive-level documents, board papers, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate and organise Board of Directors meetings, ExCo meetings, and senior management sessions — managing agendas, minutes, and action tracking
  • Liaise confidentially with internal departments and external stakeholders including regulators, investors, and business partners
  • Manage special projects and strategic initiatives at the direction of the CEO
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics including itineraries, accommodation, and visa arrangements

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (from a recognised university)
  • Minimum 3 years of executive assistant or personal assistant experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate environment
  • Impeccable written and spoken English communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving ability
  • Highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professional discretion
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
