IIML is part of a global network providing high-accuracy, high-volume document and data processing services to clients across healthcare, legal, financial services, and insurance industries.

Role Overview

IIML is seeking accurate, fast-typing Data Entry Analysts for their night shift operations in Colombo. Working with international clients on critical document processing projects, the successful candidates will ensure high-quality, timely data entry and verification with a strong focus on accuracy.

Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift
Shift: Night shift aligned to US/UK time zones

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, verify, and process large volumes of data from scanned documents, forms, and images into internal databases and client systems
• Perform quality checks on entered data to ensure 99%+ accuracy levels in line with client SLAs
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for document processing, indexing, and classification
• Identify and flag unclear or illegible documents for supervisor review
• Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining high quality standards
• Maintain confidentiality of client data in compliance with data protection agreements
• Communicate any discrepancies, issues, or concerns to the team leader promptly

Requirements

• Passed G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy
• Excellent English reading and comprehension skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with data entry software or MS Office is an advantage
• Willingness to work night shifts (US/UK time zones)
• BPO experience is a plus but not mandatory — fresh candidates are welcome to apply
