Main Responsibilities

• Language Instruction: N5, JFT level teaching, N3–N2 exam preparation.
• Interview Prep & Guidance: Practice interviews and guidance for Japanese company interviews.
• CV/Resume Support: Assisting with CV preparation.
• Visa Application Support: Preparing required travel documents until employment in Japan is secured.

Requirements

• Experience: Preferred teaching/training experience (passionate beginners welcome).
• Skills: Strong communication, caring, and supportive guidance.
• Mindset: Individuals who enjoy personal growth and career advancement.

Salary, Working Hours & Holidays

• Salary: LKR 150,000 per month (increments & promotions available based on performance & growth).
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (1-hour break 12–1 pm).
• Annual holidays: 113 days off (includes Mercantile Holidays).
• Location: 24/8 Jambugasmulla Road, Nugegoda.
