<p>Abans Finance PLC is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented <strong>Cashier</strong> to join its Kiribathgoda branch team. The role involves handling the cashier function, managing petty cash payments, and ensuring accurate daily cash reconciliation and customer service.</p>

<li>Handle the cashier function and petty cash payments.</li>
<li>Ensure that cash collections are duly balanced and daily cash payments are properly banked.</li>
<li>Maintain allocated floats and perform daily reconciliations.</li>
<li>Serve customers without delays.</li>
<li>Perform physical verification of cash on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Maintain periodic transaction reports.</li>

<h2>Key Requirements</h2>

<li>Successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a finance company.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and effectively.</li>
<li>Fair communication skills in both English and Sinhala (Tamil speakers are also encouraged to apply).</li>
<li>Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), IT applications, and exposure to accounting software will be an added advantage.</li>
<li>Strong email correspondence and interpersonal skills.</li>
