My Cola Beverages (Pvt) Ltd, located at Gonahena Road, Kadawatha, is one of Sri Lanka’s leading beverage manufacturers and the fourth largest beverage company in the country. Operating under the popular brand names including My Cola, My Blueberry, My Guava, and My Tamarind, the company is a dynamic and fast-growing FMCG organisation committed to quality and innovation. My Cola Beverages is now seeking dynamic and experienced candidates to join their team at the Kadawatha factory for the following two positions:

Position 1: Multi Duty Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with the sales teams and arrange the necessary stocks to release for sales
• Check and verify necessary stock levels on a regular basis
• Prepare delivery notes and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare invoices and work with minimum supervision
• Support day-to-day operations within the factory environment

Requirements

• School leavers with A/L qualification are welcome to apply — the company will train you to grow
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage
• Hands-on experience in computer systems and MS Office
• Ability to work with minimum supervision in a factory setting

Position 2: Molding Section Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the Production Coordinator in the Molding section
• Update the ERP system and maintain accurate stock levels
• Maintain SLS and ISO documentation in line with company standards
• Enter production reports and machine maintenance records accurately
• Ensure smooth and efficient molding section operations

Requirements

• Successfully completed GCE A/L examination
• Computer literacy with solid knowledge of MS Office packages
• ERP system experience is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
