About the Role

As a Customer Care Specialist or Trainee Customer Care Specialist at Nations Trust Bank, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via the contact centre. You will handle inbound calls and queries with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy — representing the bank’s brand and values in every interaction.

What We Are Looking For

  • Below 25 years of age
  • GCE O/L, Edexcel, or Cambridge O/L with credit passes in Mathematics and English
  • Exceptional communication skills — trilingual or bilingual candidates are strongly preferred
  • Experience in call centre operations is preferred but not mandatory
  • A positive, customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
