BCAS Campus is now seeking an experienced and dynamic Coordinator Lecturer in Business Management to join their Colombo faculty on an immediate basis.

About the Role

As a Coordinator Lecturer in Business Management, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures at undergraduate level, coordinating programme activities, supporting student academic development, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Business Management department. You will work within the Pearson Framework and curriculum, ensuring content delivery meets international academic standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars in Business Management at undergraduate level
• Coordinate programme schedules, assessments, and academic activities within the department
• Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students
• Prepare and review course materials, assignments, and examination papers
• Liaise with external academic bodies and maintain quality assurance standards
• Support student progression and engage proactively with student welfare concerns
• Contribute to departmental meetings, curriculum development, and continuous improvement initiatives

Applicant Requirements

• Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from a recognised university
• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in lecturing, preferably in the Pearson Framework and curriculum
• Undergraduate level teaching experience is required
• Excellent command of English with strong presentation and communication skills
• Computer literacy with excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work on weekends as required
