We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Banking Assistant to join our team at the Nuwara Eliya Branch. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced banking professional to be part of DFCC Bank’s ongoing growth story.

📋 You Will Be Mainly Responsible For

Managing all operational activities at the branch whilst delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
Complying strictly with the policies, procedures, and guidelines set by DFCC Bank and regulatory authorities
Handling customer inquiries, transactions, and account-related services efficiently and professionally
Supporting branch-level credit and operational functions in coordination with the branch management team
Maintaining accurate records of all branch transactions and ensuring proper documentation at all times
Contributing to the achievement of branch targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship building

🎓 You Should Ideally

Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Commercial Banking, including exposure to branch operations; knowledge of credit will be an added advantage
Have a fair and up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered by DFCC Bank
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication abilities
Have a genuine flair for delivering excellent customer service in a professional banking environment
Be a team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
