The organisation is now expanding its Regional Operations team and invites applications from driven, organised professionals to fill the role of Officer – Regional Operations for its City Branch and City Metro territories.
📋 Job Description
The Officer – Regional Operations plays a vital supporting role within the Agency Distribution team. The successful candidate will work closely with regional sales managers and field teams to drive operational efficiency, track performance metrics, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of regional sales activities in alignment with the company’s long-term strategic objectives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Support regional sales teams in the day-to-day coordination of sales operations across City Branch and City Metro territories
- Track and monitor regional sales performance, identify gaps, and report progress against targets to senior management
- Improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time
- Help teams achieve regional sales and business targets in alignment with the company’s long-term growth goals
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and operational records for management review
- Coordinate between regional offices, agency managers, and head office teams for seamless operations
- Handle administrative and operational tasks related to agency management and distribution activities
- Assist in the implementation of new initiatives, products, and campaigns across the region
🎓 Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification from a reputed university or recognised institution
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or operations work experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, multi-task effectively, and perform well under pressure
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
