We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing Officer to join our team at the Colombo 02 branch. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the company’s leasing and finance products, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued growth and revenue targets.

📋 Overview of the Role

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote AMW Capital Leasing’s financial products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across the assigned territory.

🎯 What You Will Do

• Identify and proactively approach potential clients for leasing and finance solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and generate revenue for the company
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Assist clients in completing application forms and gathering all required documentation for loan or lease approvals
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote financial products in the assigned area
• Ensure proper documentation and verification processes are followed in line with company policies and Central Bank guidelines
• Address client queries and resolve any post-sale issues promptly and professionally
• Follow up on collections or lease renewals when required

🎓 What Equips You for the Role

• Passed GCE A/L examination; full or part qualification in SLIM/CIM will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the financial services or banking sector
• Fair knowledge of credit evaluation and good negotiation skills
• Pleasant and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel package
