📋 About the Role

As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Union Assurance’s Bancassurance products through partnered bank branches in the Chilaw area. You will serve as the key link between the insurance company and bank customers, building meaningful relationships and helping clients find the most suitable coverage for their needs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Bancassurance products at assigned partnered bank branches in Chilaw
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with bank branch staff and customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
• Provide after-sales service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Participate in training and development programmes to stay current with product knowledge
