Job Overview

As a Student Consultant at Eureka Consultants, you will be the primary point of contact for students seeking guidance on international study opportunities. You will manage the full student journey — from initial inquiry through to application and enrollment — while building strong relationships with students, families, and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study options in Australia, New Zealand, and Europe
• Manage student inquiries and applications efficiently through the CRM system
• Participate in open days, webinars, and education fairs to promote the company’s services
• Maintain and grow relationships with educational institutions and international partners
• Support marketing activities including social media promotions and follow-ups
• Achieve student enrollment targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Keep up-to-date with changes in visa regulations, admission requirements, and international education trends

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy and ability to handle CRM or online systems
• Age: 25–40 years
• Prior experience in the education, customer service, or sales sector will be an advantage
• Goal-driven, energetic, and passionate about helping students achieve their dreams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
