Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Cambridge curriculum lessons at the assigned level and subject area
- Develop well-structured lesson plans aligned with Cambridge international standards
- Create an engaging, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment
- Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support individual progress
- Administer and mark assessments in line with Cambridge examination requirements
- Collaborate with the academic team to maintain consistent teaching quality across the school
- Participate actively in school activities, staff development programs, and parent engagement
Requirements
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in the subject area
- Experience in teaching the Cambridge syllabus (Checkpoint / O Level / A Level) is preferred
- Energetic, passionate, and dedicated approach to teaching and student development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire young minds and foster a love of learning
