Job Overview

The Trainee programme at Fintrex Finance is designed to provide school leavers, first-job seekers, and those with short-term training or internship experience with a structured, rewarding, and growth-driven introduction to the world of finance. Trainees will rotate across key departments, gain hands-on exposure to business operations, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals. The programme duration is 6–11 months, with the potential for earlier confirmation based on performance and business needs.
