Role Overview

SN Chem International is looking for a confident, motivated, and energetic female candidate (aged 19–25) with strong communication and computer skills to join their team as a Trainee Coordinator. This is an excellent entry-level role for school leavers and experienced candidates alike, offering hands-on exposure to international trade, supplier relations, and business development. Preference will be given to candidates from the Pannipitiya/Maharagama area, though this is not compulsory.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with international suppliers and local customers
• Handle emails and shipping documentation accurately and efficiently
• Assist with customs clearance processes and follow up on shipments
• Coordinate sample requests and monitor stock levels
• Support sourcing activities and business development initiatives
• Maintain organised records of transactions, correspondence, and shipment data

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English — spoken and written
• Good computer literacy (Email, Word, Excel)
• Smart communication and organisational skills
• Positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
• School leavers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply
• Preference for candidates from Pannipitiya / Maharagama area (not compulsory)
