Technical Officer

Three Sinha Industries (Pvt) Ltd, a well-established company based in Nawala — a trusted name in the Roller Door & Steel Fabrication industry in Sri Lanka, collaborating with an Australian Corporation — is looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Officer to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project execution, technical coordination, and site supervision.
• Support preparation of drawings, technical documents, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, QS, production, and site teams.
• Monitor site progress, quality control, and material usage.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and basic cost estimations.
• Ensure work is carried out according to specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
• Support troubleshooting of technical/site issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering / Construction / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction or industrial projects (steel fabrication experience is an advantage).
• Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and on multiple tasks.
