Integrity Spheres delivers accounting and taxation services to clients in Australia, the USA, the UK, and Canada. The company is hiring for its Colombo office to support its US Accounting team, working with US GAAP and IFRS.

Team Lead (US Accounting)

Leads and manages a team handling US accounting processes, oversees month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting, reviews account reconciliations, ensures compliance with client policies, supports audit processes, and liaises with international clients.

Requirements: finalist of CA, ACCA, or CIMA, or a degree in Accounting/Finance; 5+ years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role; previous US client or US GAAP experience is an advantage; proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.

Senior Analyst (US Accounting)

Handles end-to-end accounting processes for US clients, supports month-end and year-end closing, performs account reconciliations and financial analysis, and supports audit documentation.

Requirements: part-qualified CA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA, or a degree in Accounting/Finance; relevant experience in accounting, BPO/KPO, or shared services; proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Xero, or QuickBooks, and advanced Excel.
