Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons at the assigned level and subject area in line with the Leeds International School curriculum
- Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that motivates students to excel
- Monitor and evaluate student academic progress and provide regular, constructive feedback
- Prepare and administer assessments, tests, and examinations as per school requirements
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance data
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, academic coordinators, and branch management to uphold teaching standards
- Participate actively in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs
- For Edexcel teachers: deliver lessons in line with Pearson Edexcel international standards for O/L and A/L examinations
Requirements
- Relevant academic qualifications in the subject area applied for (degree or equivalent)
- Prior experience in teaching at the relevant level (Primary, O/L, or A/L) is essential
- Edexcel subject teachers must have demonstrable experience with the Edexcel / Pearson international curriculum
- Strong communication skills and a student-centred teaching approach
- Ability to work effectively across a multi-branch school environment
