Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject area with a recognized teaching qualification
- A Postgraduate Degree (Master’s) in the relevant field is an added advantage
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use modern teaching methods and digital learning tools
- Passion for teaching with a student-centered approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic teams and participate in school activities
- Willingness to engage in co-curricular and extracurricular programs
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural teaching environment
Job Description by Level
Nursery
- AMI or pre-school diploma holder with over 3 years of teaching experience in English medium.
Primary School
- Graduate/Trained teacher with over 3 years of teaching experience on relevant subjects in English medium.
Secondary and Upper School
- Graduate with over 3 years of teaching experience on relevant subjects in English medium.
- All teachers, at any level, are expected to have excellent command of English, with reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
