Job Profile

Post of Supervisor. This is a total field job that requires you to work on-site. Applicants should be experienced team players, self-motivated, ready to work hard on the field, eager to learn, and capable of performing under competitive and demanding conditions. All applicants will undergo a 3-month training period, where trainees will get firsthand experience on their job.

Responsibilities

This is a field job that requires on-site presence:

• Manage and assist in the management of ornamental fish.
• Supervise and instruct staff on all related matters regarding the husbandry of live fish.
• Maintain related documents, stocks, and records.
• Coordinate with staff members to gain the best productivity.

Applicant Requirements

• Male or Female (Age: 30 to 45 years).
• GCE A/L and above.
• Job experience as a supervisor in aquaculture or agriculture-related fields is compulsory.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to stay in shared quarters with other supervisors (separate accommodations for males and females).
• Ability to perform under pressure with high levels of dedication.

Offered Facilities and Salary

• Salary during the training period (1 to 3 months): Rs. 50,000.
• After completing training, successful trainees will be appointed as supervisors with a salary of Rs. 60,000.
