Role Overview
Good Story Village is looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor / Maintenance Person to join its team in the Ahangama area.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site and maintenance works
- Coordinate workers, contractors, and suppliers
- Check quality of construction and repair works
- Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
- Prepare material requests and control site expenses
- Report daily progress to management
- Ensure work is completed on time and to a good standard
Requirements
- Experience in construction, engineering, or property maintenance (3+ years)
- Good understanding of building works and repairs
- Ability to manage workers and organize tasks
- Responsible, honest, and punctual
- Basic English
- Experience with villas, hotels, or hospitality properties is a plus
Benefits
Salary negotiable, depending on experience (Rs. 100,000 – 180,000 range).
