Role Overview

iLabs is seeking a senior, execution-focused Senior Marketing Executive to drive marketing initiatives across all digital channels. This role focuses on coordinating website, social media, email, SMS, and in-app marketing while ensuring AI-generated strategies align with brand and commercial goals.

Shift: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Location: Battaramulla (Onsite)
Experience Required: 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Own the execution and quality control of AI-generated marketing strategies, campaigns, creatives, and videos
• Coordinate and manage key marketing channels including Website, Social Media, Email Marketing, SMS, and In-App Marketing
• Translate CEO direction into clear action plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring priorities, dependencies, approvals, and deadlines are consistently met
• Lead and coordinate the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable feedback to improve AI outputs and future prompts
• Report progress, risks, and outcomes directly to the CEO
• Continuously improve execution efficiency, quality, and speed across all marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in coordinating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of what drives engagement, conversion, and scale
• Experience working with or alongside Generative AI tools is a plus
• Excellent coordination and team management skills
• Strong project management discipline and attention to detail
• High accountability and ability to work under direct CEO guidance
