Role Overview

Cargills Bank PLC is looking for an experienced banking professional to join as Senior Manager – Corporate Branch, responsible for driving business growth, customer acquisition, and operational excellence at the branch level.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve the overall business development goals assigned to the specific branch, while implementing strategies appropriate to the branch geography
• Ensure new customer acquisition targets are met through regular customer visits
• Achieve operational excellence in the branch and ensure adherence to overall regulatory, compliance, and operational policies of the Bank
• Lead and motivate all customer-interfacing staff in cross-selling and business development
• Maintain superior customer service standards

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of work experience in a commercial bank, out of which at least 5 years of experience as Branch Manager
• Excellent marketing skills, credit, and operational knowledge
• Full / part qualification in Banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification
• Trilingual conversational ability will be a definite advantage
• An outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills
• A team player, with a performance-driven and service-oriented mindset
