General Requirements
- Senior Lecturer: PhD in relevant field + significant research output and university-level teaching experience
- Lecturer: Master’s or PhD with demonstrated teaching and research ability
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (required for Senior Lecturer; advantage for Lecturer)
- Experience developing distance learning course materials is strongly preferred
- English proficiency essential; Sinhala/Tamil an advantage
