📋 About the Role
The candidate will be responsible for promoting Bancassurance products at partnered bank branches, building strong relationships with bank staff and customers, and driving sales performance within the assigned Colombo territory.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Promote Bancassurance products at partnered bank branches in Colombo
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
- Provide after-sales service and follow-up to support customer retention
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
