About the Role

Union Assurance is seeking enthusiastic and driven Relationship Executives to join their Bancassurance Sales Team. As a Relationship Executive, you will be embedded within bank branches, building relationships with banking customers and offering Union Assurance’s life insurance and financial protection solutions.

This is a high-energy, customer-facing sales role that offers excellent earnings potential through a competitive base salary, fixed allowance, and a generous performance-based incentive scheme. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank customers at assigned branch locations, acting as the trusted insurance advisor.
• Identify customer financial protection needs and recommend appropriate Union Assurance life insurance and investment products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement, referrals, and effective follow-up.
• Conduct professional product presentations and insurance consultations with customers in a clear, compelling, and compliant manner.
• Collaborate closely with bank branch staff to drive joint business development and referral pipelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity logs in line with company reporting standards.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and Union Assurance’s code of conduct.
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development programmes, and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Represent the Union Assurance brand with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.

Who We Are Looking For

• Motivated, target-driven individuals with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Prior experience in sales, banking, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.
• GCE A/Level qualification or equivalent; a degree or professional qualification will be a plus.
