The company is now seeking a dynamic, pleasant, and customer-focused individual to join its Head Office team as a Receptionist, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

Job Overview
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front office of Pintanna Holdings’ Head Office in Nugegoda. This role requires a well-presented, articulate individual with excellent communication skills who can represent the company professionally to all visitors, clients, and stakeholders. The candidate will provide administrative support to the Head Office team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of reception activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and welcome all visitors in a professional, warm, and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming telephone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain accurate visitor records and coordinate appointments and meeting schedules.
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties including document handling, filing, and data entry.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, courier deliveries, and mail.
- Support Head Office operations as directed by management.
- Ensure the reception area remains neat, organised, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English (spoken and written).
- Good computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy working environment.
