Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC has operated for over 30 years. The bank says it has been named among the Top 40 business entities in Sri Lanka by Business Today and among the top 100 companies by LMD.

- Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, and recommend mitigation where needed
- Support quality assurance by contributing to project quality control and governance processes

- Work with cross-functional teams so projects are delivered on time, within scope and to agreed quality standards

Candidate criteria
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline from a recognised university or institute (a Master’s degree in a related field is an added advantage)
- A professional project management certification such as PMP, CAPM or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a definite advantage
- 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination or a related role, preferably in banking or financial services
- Organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA or similar platforms
- Proficiency in project management software, collaboration tools and productivity applications (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- Proven ability to manage several projects at the same time while working with cross-functional and diverse teams
Remuneration
The bank offers an attractive package with fringe benefits, set to industry standards. The ad gives no salary figure and no closing date, so apply early.
Tips for your application
Name the project tools you have used (Microsoft Project, JIRA or similar) and give the size of the projects you coordinated: team size, duration and the outcome. If you hold PMP, CAPM or CSM, put it in the first lines of your CV. The ad asks for 2 to 4 years in project coordination, with banking or financial services preferred, so say plainly how many years of each you have.
