Role Overview
Commercial Bank is looking for an experienced professional to join as Product Manager – Deposits, responsible for managing and growing the Bank’s deposit product portfolio through AI-driven, data-informed product innovation.
Job Description
- Manage the portfolio, increasing the value and volume of deposits of the Bank by formulating modifications and value additions to existing products to suit customer requirements and fill gaps in the Bank’s product portfolio
- Development of new products/features and value addition for existing products based on research findings, and to be compatible with the market requisition appetite
- Drive AI and data-driven product innovation, customer proposition development, and personalized growth initiatives by leveraging customer insights, predictive analytics, and digital capabilities
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing, or in a related field and/or Professional Marketing qualification with membership in a professional marketing body (CIM / SLIM)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a proven track record in retail banking, product management, or deposit portfolio growth
- Understanding of AI, digital banking, customer analytics, and data-driven product management, with the ability to translate customer insights into innovative, customer-centric solutions
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, think strategically, and leverage agile methodologies to deliver business growth and superior customer experiences
