We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated teachers to deliver effective online lessons across multiple subjects at GCSE O/L and A/L levels. Candidates must have direct experience teaching the British curriculum.

The Role

As an Online Teacher with 360 Learning Minds, you will conduct engaging online lessons for small groups (maximum 8 students per class) via Microsoft Teams, supporting UK-based students in achieving higher academic grades across GCSE and A/L subject areas.

Role Overview

  • Conduct engaging and structured online lessons via Microsoft Teams
  • Teach small groups with a maximum of 8 students per class
  • Support students in achieving higher academic grades aligned with the British curriculum

  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

We will also be looking for teachers to teach Sinhala and Buddhism in English.

Requirements

  • Exceptional command of English — both spoken and written
  • Confidence in teaching and engaging with native English-speaking students in the UK
  • Proven track record of helping students improve academic performance
  • Strong knowledge of the British curriculum with direct teaching experience
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quiet, disturbance-free teaching environment
  • Dual-screen setup (one for teaching content, one for student interaction)

Compensation & Flexibility

  • Pay: £25 (LKR 10,000) – £50 (LKR 20,000) per 2-hour session
  • Rate depends on experience and suitability
  • Flexible working hours based on your availability
  • Working as service contractors on a term basis
