Job Overview

The Manager – Digital Banking will play a central role in supporting and advancing the Bank’s digital banking initiatives in alignment with its overall digital strategy and business objectives. The incumbent will focus on implementing and enhancing digital banking services to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth. Working closely with IT, Operations, and internal teams, the Manager will oversee the digital product portfolio, drive customer adoption, and ensure digital pain points are resolved with timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Bank’s digital banking initiatives in line with its digital strategy and business objectives
  • Implement and enhance digital banking services to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with IT, Operations, and internal teams to ensure successful rollout of digital solutions
  • Monitor the Bank’s digital product portfolio and drive customer adoption and digital usage
  • Identify digital improvement opportunities and contribute to revenue growth and ROI
  • Address customer pain points in digital channels promptly with relevant teams through timely solutions
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives and support innovation within the banking environment

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Digital Banking or a technology background
  • Passion for innovation and a strong digital transformation drive
  • Creative and forward-thinking individual with strong analytical and data mining capabilities
  • Keen to take on new challenges with accountability and decision-making ability
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any recognised professional qualification
  • Completed or currently reading for a Diploma in Banking & Finance would be an advantage
