About the Role

As a Management Trainee at Mobizz, you will undergo hands-on training across various business functions, working alongside experienced professionals and senior management. You will develop skills in billing, data management, insurance operations, and team collaboration — building a strong foundation for a long-term career in business management.

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn and work with billing and management software systems
• Strong data analysis skills with relevant academic or professional qualifications
• Previous experience in the insurance industry will be considered an added advantage
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative attitude
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good communication skills in English
