Role Overview

Intellect Consulting is seeking a motivated and energetic Management Trainee – Business & Growth to gain hands-on experience across business development, marketing, and operations. This is an ideal opportunity for a fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate looking to build a career in business development and consultancy within a globally-connected tech company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development activities including LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and prospect research
• Assist in building partnerships and coordinating meetings with potential clients and strategic partners
• Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline, CRM data, and follow-up schedules
• Support LinkedIn page management and content coordination — helping position Intellect Consulting’s brand in the global SAP market
• Assist in preparing professional presentations, business proposals, and client communications
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams and external partners for project support activities
• Gain broad exposure to multiple client projects and industries through cross-functional involvement

Requirements

• Degree holder or final-year undergraduate in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English — essential for global client interaction
• Genuine interest in business development, digital marketing, or technology consulting
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.) is an added advantage
• Energetic, outgoing, and eager to learn in a fast-paced global consulting environment
• Good organisational and multitasking skills
