About the Role

Premium Auto Parts is looking for a dynamic, organised, and results-oriented Logistics Officer to join their team. This role is responsible for managing inventory across all warehouse locations, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery and distribution of stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
• Oversee warehouse operations, stock movements, audits, and documentation to ensure efficient storage and distribution.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries, courier services, and route optimisation to ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfilment.
• Handle product returns, damaged goods, quality issues, and reverse logistics processes.
• Supervise warehouse staff, manage operational resources, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Monitor company vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption, and prepare logistics and inventory performance reports.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) qualification.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer literacy, with MS Office knowledge preferred.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
