MBSL invites applications from dynamic, detail-oriented, and motivated internal candidates for the position of Junior Executive attached to the Finance & Strategic Planning Division.

Who MBSL Is Looking For

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination
• Relevant professional or academic qualifications in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, banking, or a related field preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
• Age limit: 30 years

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and settle treasury transactions accurately and on time
• Process trade confirmations, interest, coupons, and investment-related transactions
• Monitor investment and funding maturities and coordinate with the Front Office
• Ensure transactions comply with approved limits and internal controls
• Support regulatory and management reporting requirements
• Investigate settlement exceptions and reconciliation discrepancies
• Maintain treasury documentation and support portfolio valuation activities
