You Should Ideally

• Possess a part / full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
• Possess approximately 4–6 years of relevant experience in branch banking, with mandatory exposure to credit
• Possess sound knowledge of financial statement analysis
• Be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
• Possess excellent negotiation skills

You Will Be Mainly Responsible For

• Identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships
• Providing personalized financial advice and recommending suitable banking products and services
• Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through prompt service and effective solutions
• Monitoring portfolio performance, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline operations and resolve client issues
• Participating in business development activities and staying updated on market trends
