Link Lanka is the leader in taxi meter manufacturing and sales in Sri Lanka. The company is looking to hire an IT Technician / Assistant to join its team in Colombo.

Position: IT Technician / Assistant

Responsibilities

Support internal system users and customers.
Maintenance of IT infrastructure in company office locations.
Keep track of IT assets and stocks.
Delivery of equipment, stocks, and documents within different locations.
Learn systems, training, and assist users.
Participate in software development and testing processes.
Systems data analysis and reporting.
Systems troubleshooting and communicate with the software development team to give solutions.
Documentation of system procedures.

Requirements

Computer hardware related certification or experience or similar qualification is preferred.
Age between 20-35 years.
Must have a valid driving license.
Ability to work long hours and weekends.
Working knowledge in operating systems (Windows, Android, iOS).
Candidate must be a self-motivated, proactive person with great problem-solving skills.
Should be a fast learner and willing to learn new tools and technologies.
Should have good documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Knowledge in software development is a plus.
