Role Overview

Paranthan Chemicals Company Limited is inviting applications for the position of IT Officer. Key Duties

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT systems, hardware, and software infrastructure
• Provide technical support to staff across all departments
• Maintain network connectivity, servers, and IT security systems
• Develop and maintain databases and information management systems
• Support ERP and other enterprise systems used by PCCL
• Prepare IT-related reports and maintain system documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers
• Train staff on use of IT systems and software as required

General Requirements

• Relevant degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Good knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and IT security
• Experience with database management and enterprise systems is an advantage
• Sri Lankan citizen with excellent character
• Physically and mentally fit
