Position: IT Helpdesk Engineer

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries and requests for technical assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Monitor and manage the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Provide timely and effective support to internal and external users.
• Document and track all issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to solve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
