Dedicated to delivering exceptional travel experiences to local and international clients, Unique Lanka Travels is now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern / Trainee Tour Executive to join their dynamic travel team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and preparing detailed tour itineraries for clients
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and tour guides to ensure seamless operations
Support booking processes and handle basic client inquiries professionally
Assist in day-to-day tour operations and logistics management
Maintain accurate records and update booking systems in a timely manner
Provide support to senior team members on ongoing projects and client accounts
Ensure smooth execution of tours and high levels of customer satisfaction
Assist with administrative tasks related to tour operations as required

Requirements

School leavers or candidates with a diploma/degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email communication
Genuine passion for travel and tourism
Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications

G.C.E. A/L completed (any stream)
Diploma or certificate in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
Basic knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
