<p>Lion Brewery is offering an <strong>Intern – Sustainability</strong> position, supporting multiple teams in achieving better sustainability outcomes across the supply chain. This is an excellent opportunity for an environmentally minded graduate or undergraduate to gain hands-on experience driving real sustainability initiatives within a major FMCG organisation.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>

<li>Analyse data related to environmental impact, resource consumption, and waste management, and propose programmes and initiatives to minimise environmental impact.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the development, implementation, and integration of sustainability programmes and initiatives.</li>
<li>Evaluate the success of completed sustainability programmes and initiatives, and support the organisation’s efforts to promote a culture of sustainability.</li>

<h2>Requirements</h2>

<li>A partial or complete undergraduate or graduate qualification in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business with a focus on sustainability, or similar.</li>
<li>A dedication to sustainability and a collaborative mindset to lead diverse teams to make a positive impact on the environment.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (written and verbal).</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.</li>
