Role Overview

KPMG in Sri Lanka is inviting applications for the position of Intern – Learning & Development (System Operations), supporting the firm’s L&D function through LMS administration, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

LMS Administration and System Operations: Operate the Learning Management System to effectively roll out and track learning activity completion
Data Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on training data, employee progress, and operational KPIs; track key training metrics to generate data-driven reports for L&D and Firm leadership
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with content providers to upload, test, and deploy e-learning content
Management Rotations: Actively participate in assigned strategic projects, program delivery, and other L&D verticals to build a well-rounded managerial skill set

Job Requirements

Undergraduate or diploma holder in IT, Information Systems, or a related field
Basic knowledge of information systems and databases
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, formulas)
Good communication and organizational skills
Fast learner with attention to detail
