What You Will Learn

  • How to professionally handle customer enquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a real business environment.

  • Practical exposure to customer support systems and MS Office tools used in day-to-day operations.
  • How to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare basic reports for team review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Prepare daily or weekly summary reports on customer support activities as required.
  • Assist the customer support team in achieving service quality benchmarks and response time targets.
  • Continuously improve product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or Diploma in any field.
  • Good communication skills in English — both verbal and written — are essential.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a professional office environment.
