Position: Housekeeping Attendant

Ishq Luxury Villas is looking for a passionate individual who thrives on providing exceptional service to join the team at Ishq Digana in Kandy.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring guest rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort according to set standards.
• Keep all public areas tidy and set up according to given standards.
• Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the entire property.
• Manage stock of cleaning supplies, linen, and uniforms.
• Manage guest laundry.
• Overseeing laundry operations.
• Having thorough knowledge of all hotel amenities for guests.
• Working and supporting all departments to meet guests’ needs.
• Recommend and arrange amenities for guests.
• Remain well-groomed at all times.
• Keep up-to-date on all hotel policies on safety and hygiene.
• Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor.

Requirements

• At least 2 or 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of working in boutique hotels or villas.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Commitment to a high level of customer service.
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Ability to communicate in English.
