Key responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies
Identify and act on new business opportunities through market research; strengthen brand positioning and lead product launches and promotional campaigns
Drive digital sales initiatives to build global visibility and competitiveness
Lead, mentor, and guide a high-performing sales team toward organisational goals

Qualifications and experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales leadership, with strategic thinking and a track record of innovative approaches
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
Age below 45 years
