Role Overview

Amaran Aesthetic is seeking an experienced and well-presented Front Office Executive to manage client interactions, appointments, and front desk operations. This role is ideal for a professional female candidate aged between 25 and 40 years with strong customer care experience and excellent English communication skills. The position offers an attractive salary package with incentives (negotiable) and a comfortable working schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.

Working Hours Tuesday–Saturday: 8.30am–5.30pm | Sundays (roster): 8.30am–1.00pm | Closed: Mondays, Poya Days & Mercantile Holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients warmly, ensuring every visitor feels valued and at ease from the moment they arrive
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently using the clinic’s scheduling system
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communications professionally and promptly
  • Process client payments, maintain transaction records, and manage cash handling accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and aesthetically pleasing front desk and reception area
  • Coordinate with therapists and clinical staff to ensure smooth client flow and appointment management
  • Maintain client records, consent forms, and treatment histories with strict confidentiality
  • Assist in promoting clinic services and products to clients when appropriate
  • Ensure all client interactions reflect the premium standards and values of Amaran Aesthetic

Requirements

  • Female candidates aged between 25 and 40 years
  • Prior customer care experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil is advantageous)
  • Professional, well-groomed, and confident in client-facing interactions
  • Basic computer skills for appointment scheduling and record management
  • A warm, caring, and positive personality suited to a wellness/aesthetic environment
