Available Positions

Floor Managers

As a Floor Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail floor, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, team performance, and brand standards are consistently maintained. You will lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales assistants and beauty advisors, while managing stock, merchandising, and daily sales targets.

Makeup Artists

The Makeup Artist role is perfect for creative individuals with a flair for beauty and cosmetics. You will provide personalised makeup consultations and demonstrations to customers, showcase product applications, and deliver outstanding beauty experiences that drive sales and customer loyalty.

Sales Assistants

Exclusive Lines is hiring Sales Assistants across two specialist areas:

Fragrance Advisors – Guide customers through the brand’s fragrance collections, provide personalised recommendations, and create memorable in-store fragrance experiences.
Beauty Advisors – Assist customers with beauty and skincare product selections, offer expert advice, and ensure an elevated shopping experience.

What Exclusive Lines Is Looking For

Passionate individuals with a love for beauty, fragrance, and retail
Strong communication and customer service skills
A professional, well-groomed appearance and confident personality
Team players who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Prior experience in retail, beauty, or customer service will be advantageous
For the Floor Manager role: leadership experience in retail or hospitality is preferred
For Makeup Artists: formal training in makeup artistry or cosmetology is preferred
