Key Responsibilities

Research and analyse current fashion trends and market demands to inform design direction
Develop innovative design concepts and seasonal collections that align with brand identity
Prepare detailed sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications
Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure accurate design execution
Assist in fabric selection, fittings, and sample development
Ensure all products align with brand standards and meet customer expectations
Contribute to the creative process from concept to final product delivery

Requirements

Degree, Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Fashion Design or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably within the apparel or retail industry
Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, and pattern development
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
